• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be declared inactive and a maintenance fee may apply.

Lucky88 is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost or opportunities missed due to internet connection disruptions.
• Delayed transactions caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or sharing your password with others.
• Temporary service outages due to unexpected technical issues.

Lucky88 strives to keep its services running without interruption. However, technical issues may occasionally cause disruptions. In such cases, lucky88 works to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Lucky88 believes in responsible gaming. We want all our members to play for entertainment, not out of compulsion. The following tools are available at all times:
